Spiderman goes to Mickey Mouse

spidermanWould you pay 800.000 dollars to buy 1 character and the exclusive right to exploit everything related to it?

Probably not, but if you are buying 5,000 characters, if some of them are very famous characters (among them: Iron Man, X-Men, Captain America, Fantastic Four and Thor ), if you are paying only 60%cash (and 40% stock), and if you are the leader in family entertainment and already own an entertainment network, this looks to be a gorgeous deal.

And this is now history.

Disney-Pixar is adding Spiderman and lots of fantastic friends to its “global portfolio of entertainment properties” (you can read more on Marvel website)
