Website Users’ Personal Information

The personal information processed through this website include:
– Anonymous navigation data (such as IP addresses, visited pages) and other data relating to browser, operating system, language and country of the user, collected automatically and used for statistical purposes; this data in theory could be crossed with other information and thus associated with identifiable individuals, but we do not have the information needed for this identification.
– Data provided voluntarily by users via contact forms or comments on our blog, such as e-mail or physical addresses and other identifying information (name, surname, etc.), information on one’s career and education contained in a CV, or other personal information freely provided, which shall be processed, depending on the purpose of its disclosure as specified by the user himself, for one of the following purposes:

– Publication on the website (in the case of comments posted on our blog);

Use of cookies

When a visitor of our website posts a comment on our blog, cookies are placed on his/her terminal, which store the name, email and possibly url of the author of the comment, for the sole purpose of future recognition, i.e. to prevent the author from having to provide the same information each time he/she posts a comment following the first one. These cookies expire after less than a year and in any case can be disabled using the appropriate options in the most common browsers.

Processing Methods, Location of Database and Scope of Disclosure

The above personal information is processed with the aid of automated tools and for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected.
In part, the data could be stored on servers maintained by third parties providing IT services (eg email, cloud computing, back-up, data storage services), also located abroad, including non-EU countries, and specifically the US. In all these instances, the third party service providers are Safe-Harbor certified and have no access to the personal data they store.

No personal data is published, except for the name of authors of comments posted on our blog and any personal information voluntarily disclosed within the same comments.

Data Subject’s Rights

Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. N. 196/2003, the data subject can obtain, by emailing us at privacy@ipfaber.com confirmation as to the existence of his/her personal data in our database, and information as to the origin, the logic, the purpose of the data processed, as well as request the blocking of the data processing where appropriate. The data subject can also request the updating, rectification or integration of his/her personal data and oppose, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.
